Contribution rules:

Citizenship/Residency: Contributions may be made only by U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents (green card holders).

  1. Age: Contributors must be at least 18 years old.

  2. Personal funds only: Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own personal funds.

  4. No “straw donor” contributions: Contributions may not be made in the name of another person, and the contributor may not be reimbursed by anyone for making the contribution.

  5. Entity restrictions: Corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals (without a green card) may not contribute.
